SMS Program

DRIP's text messaging program sends your ready-to-post content, post prompts, engagement reminders, daily ideas, and account notifications. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from DRIP at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies by the platform and schedule you choose, up to about 10 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details on your plan. Under no circumstances is DRIP responsible for fees your wireless carrier or other third parties charge you for use of the Service.
• Opt out at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to the number you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages after that, unless you sign up again.
• Get help at any time by texting HELP, emailing chris@signal-vault.com, or see our Privacy Policy for how your information is used and protected, including our commitment not to share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or sign up for the SMS Program.

Your Content and Your Responsibility

DRIP uses AI to draft posts from the information you give us. You decide whether to post anything we send you, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you do. Check names, facts, quotes, and statistics, and make sure anything you publish is accurate, lawful, and complies with the rules of the platform you post on. DRIP does not post on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any particular result, such as reach, followers, or leads. You keep ownership of the information you provide and of the posts you publish.

Ownership & Acceptable Use

Base2Scale owns all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, formats, and features. You agree not to alter, obscure, or remove any proprietary notices on the Service, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to use Base2Scale's or DRIP's name or marks in a way likely to cause confusion about who operates the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or the SMS Program at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You can stop at any time by texting STOP.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Factors outside our control, including wireless carrier network performance and internet connectivity, may affect the Service, and we are not responsible for acts of third parties beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Base2Scale and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed US $500.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Base2Scale harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
