Information We Collect

When you sign up for or use DRIP, we collect your name and phone number, your detected time zone, and the answers you give during onboarding: your platform choice, content categories, topics, what you do, who you write for, your skills, any offer, real stories you choose to share, limits on what we may say, and example posts you paste in. We also keep the posts and prompts we text you, your replies and text commands, and basic technical information (like IP address, browser type, and device information) to operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to build your voice profile, write and schedule your posts, send you your texts, respond to your replies and support requests, prevent abuse, and improve DRIP.

SMS Text Messaging Program

DRIP uses text messages to deliver your ready-to-post content, post prompts, engagement reminders, daily ideas, and account notifications. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during onboarding, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from DRIP at that number. • Message frequency varies by the platform and schedule you choose, up to about 10 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details on your plan. DRIP is not responsible for any fees your carrier charges you for use of the Service.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include our service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) who send messages on our behalf. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with any third parties.
• To opt out at any time, text STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message. For help, text HELP, or contact us using the information below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, AI text-generation, payments, and SMS delivery providers. Your onboarding answers are sent to our AI provider to write your posts. We may also share information when required by law or legal process, to investigate or prevent fraud or harm, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. As noted above, mobile opt-in data and consent for text messaging is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or sign up for the SMS program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have done so, we will promptly delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. No method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
